This Refund Policy explains the terms under which KST Desert Safari may reimburse amounts paid for safari and buggy tours.

1. General Principles

• Refund eligibility depends on the tour booked and the cancellation policy in effect at the time of cancellation.
• Service charges may be non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed with our suppliers.

2. Safari & Buggy Tours

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before departure may qualify for a full refund, subject to supplier terms.
• Cancellations within 24–12 hours may receive a partial refund (typically 50%).
• Cancellations less than 12 hours before departure are generally non-refundable.
• No-shows and late arrivals may result in full forfeiture of the booking amount.
